Who reviews positive results?
All non-negative laboratory results are reviewed by a licensed Medical Review Officer (MRO) before being released to the designated employer representative.
Can you manage a random testing program?
Yes. We coordinate defensible random selections, scheduling, and recordkeeping for standalone employers. Note: The Impact TPA LLC does not operate a DOT consortium.
