We use information solely to arrange the services requested — scheduling collections with partner sites, routing orders to accredited labs, communicating results to authorized recipients, supporting regulatory compliance, and responding to inquiries. We do not sell personal or health information.
Information is shared only with parties needed to complete the service, such as collection sites, laboratories, Medical Review Officers, the requesting employer or legal professional, and regulators when required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to recordkeeping obligations under DOT, FCRA, HIPAA, and other applicable rules.
