The Impact TPA is built on a simple idea: employers, attorneys, and individuals deserve a testing partner who picks up the phone, knows their program, and follows every test through to a clean, defensible result. We connect you with trusted certified collection sites and accredited labs — we don't perform testing or collect specimens ourselves — so you get one point of contact and zero loose ends, with transparent, custom pricing and no setup fees. Billing is per test or monthly — whichever fits your program best. We support programs under 49 CFR Part 40.

How we work
A 6-step process built for accountability.
Client Request
The employer, attorney, or individual calls or emails with a testing need. We capture the client information, the donor information, the type of test, and the reason for the test.
Authorization & Scheduling
We send the order to the lab and confirm appointment availability at a collection site near the donor.
Donor Visits Collection Site
The donor visits the collection site within the required window (typically 24 to 72 hours). The certified collector handles the specimen and paperwork, and forwards it to the lab.
Lab Processing
The lab runs the ordered panel. Typical turnaround varies depending on the screen or test.
Result Delivery
Results are delivered to the client through their chosen secure method (email, client portal, or secure fax).
Invoicing & Payment
The client is invoiced and payment is processed.
