No. We are the program coordinator—not the collection site. We schedule employees at certified collection facilities, coordinate with accredited laboratories, manage documentation, and deliver results. We oversee the entire process from start to finish.

  • Positive Results: Additional 1–3 business days for confirmation testing and Medical Review Officer (MRO) review
  • Hair Follicle Testing: Typically 3–5 business days

DOT Testing is federally required for safety-sensitive positions in industries such as trucking, aviation, and public transit. It follows strict regulations under 49 CFR Part 40, including federally approved collection procedures and mandatory Medical Review Officer (MRO) review.

Non-DOT Testing follows an employer’s workplace drug policy and offers greater flexibility regarding test panels, specimen types, and collection procedures.

No. We work with a nationwide network of certified collection sites and schedule testing at convenient locations near your employees’ workplace or residence. We also coordinate testing for employees working in multiple locations.

We notify your organization according to your drug-free workplace policy. For DOT-regulated employers, the employee must immediately be removed from safety-sensitive duties and complete the Return-to-Duty process through a qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). We coordinate the required follow-up testing and guide you through the next steps.

What is the difference between a Peace of Mind DNA test and a Legal DNA test?

A Peace of Mind DNA Test is for personal knowledge only and cannot be used in court.

A Legal DNA Test follows strict chain-of-custody procedures, includes identity verification, and produces results that are legally admissible for matters such as:

  • Child Support
  • Child Custody
  • Immigration
  • Estate Cases

DNA paternity testing is highly accurate.

  • Positive Match: 99.9% or greater probability of paternity
  • Exclusion: 100% certainty that the tested individual is not the biological father

DNA is collected using a painless cheek swab. A trained collector gently swabs the inside of the cheek before sealing and sending the sample to an accredited laboratory for analysis.

Yes. DNA can be collected from infants of any age using a simple cheek swab. Prenatal DNA testing options are also available. Contact us for additional information.

Standard DNA results are generally available within 3–5 business days after the laboratory receives the specimen.

Expedited testing options are available for urgent situations.

Yes. All DNA results are handled with strict confidentiality and are released only to the authorized parties listed on the testing order.

No. Each participant may complete specimen collection at different certified collection sites and even on different dates, provided proper chain-of-custody procedures are maintained.

Only Legal DNA Tests completed under proper chain-of-custody procedures are admissible in court.

If you’ve already completed a Peace of Mind DNA Test, a new Legal DNA collection must be performed for court use.

Can your DNA testing results be used in court?

Yes. Our Legal DNA Testing follows strict chain-of-custody procedures and is performed through AABB-accredited laboratories, making the results admissible for legal proceedings, including:

  • Child Support
  • Custody Cases
  • Immigration

Every legal DNA collection includes:

  • Government-issued ID verification
  • Documented chain-of-custody procedures
