The Impact TPA LLC is an independent, admin-only occupational compliance Third-Party Administrator. We coordinate testing programs — we don't perform testing or collect specimens ourselves — so every program runs through certified collectors and accredited partner labs you can defend in front of an auditor or a court.

We support programs under 49 CFR Part 40 and align with FMCSA, FAA, FRA, FTA, PHMSA, and USCG rules. Our certified collection-site and accredited-lab partners cover Racine, Kenosha, and all of Southeastern Wisconsin, with national reach when your team travels.
What "admin-only" means
We administer your program: scheduling, lab orders, chain-of-custody, recordkeeping, MRO coordination, and reporting. We don't operate a collection site or a lab — and that's by design. Independence keeps every result clean and defensible.
