THE IMPACT TPA LLC provides DOT drug testing and DOT breath alcohol testing through testing centers throughout the United States.

Services are available for employers, owner-operators, employees, and safety-sensitive transportation workers who must comply with DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements.

DOT drug and alcohol testing is governed by 49 CFR Part 40, which describes required procedures for conducting workplace drug and alcohol testing for federally regulated transportation industries.
